Steven Martin

Steven Martin is a retired Environmental Scientist with the Corps’ Institute for Water Resources. Much of his work with the Corps focused on compensatory mitigation including policy, training, and data management (including national implementation of RIBITS). More recently he has assisted the Virginia Aquatic Resource Trust Fund in evaluating potential compensatory mitigation projects and has worked with Ecosystem Planning and Restoration in the development of workbooks to support IRT review of draft mitigation bank and ILF instruments and associated prospectus.
