Ms. Shearer is a Natural Resources Project Manager. She has a diverse background including conducting rare, threatened, and endangered plant surveys and wetland and stream delineations. She is a Qualified Environmental Professional (QEP), Professional Wetland Scientist (PWS), and maintains a valid Pennsylvania Wild Plant Management Permit. She is qualified to conduct running buffalo clover surveys in Ohio.

Ms. Shearer also prepares Pennsylvania Chapter 105 Water Obstruction and Encroachment Permit application packages, Joint Chapter 105/Section 404 Permit Applications (JPAs), Nationwide Permit application packages, West Virginia Stream Activity Permits, and Critical Issues Analysis. She coordinates with state and federal agencies on projects and facilitates meetings between agencies and clients.
