organ Kennedy (MOR-gen KEH-nuh-dee; she/her) is an environmental compliance manager with Dudek with 20 years’ professional experience as an biologist, ecologist, and environmental consultant. Ms. Kennedy has served as a regulatory specialist, vegetation and restoration ecologist, wetland scientist, mitigation planner, and geographic information system (GIS) analyst during her career. Ms. Kennedy works with project team members to track environmental commitments and support overall environmental compliance on a variety of projects. Her work includes leading and managing proposals; project management; preparing, organizing, and producing environmental compliance management plans, permit strategies, and applications; mitigation planning and implementation; and protocol-level technical resource studies to guide implementation during the lifecycle of a project. Ms. Kennedy facilitates client coordination, serves as liaison with various regulatory agency personnel, oversees field staff, and works seamlessly with environmental specialists to meet project objectives. Her diverse work experience relating to integrated resource management includes projects involving renewables and energy, water and wastewater, development, and conservation planning. Ms. Kennedy’s project experience spans California, Nevada, Oregon, Arizona, Washington, and Wyoming.
