Ms. Dix has 35 years of experience as an environmental manager in the environmental consulting field. Her responsibilities include conducting and oversight of all field studies; wetland delineations and mitigation projects; environmental impact assessments; soils investigations; and, threatened and endangered species’ habitat surveys.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology from The University of North Carolina at Wilmington and a Master of Environmental Management with a concentration in Natural Resource Ecology from Duke University.
