Geographer with a master's degree in regional and urban planning. I'm currently pursuing a PhD in Geography at the Institute of Geography and Spatial Planning of the University of Lisbon. My research has focused on the analysis of socio-environmental conflicts, political ecology, environmental planning and social movements. In particular, I've emphasized the study of environmental management and governance of water resources and wetlands.
