Chief of Surveillance and Enforcement, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Regulatory Branch, Philadelphia District (1984-1987), Director of Ecological Services, Najarian Associates (1987-1992), Colliers Engineering & Design (Formerly Maser Consulting)(Director of Ecological Services 1992-2002, Division Director for Geo-Environmental Services 2002-2024, Technical Director for Natural Resources Services - Currently) 

Dr. Walker has been a proven leader and effective project manager in the field of ecological services since 1980. Dr. Walker brings a creative approach to securing regulatory approvals for a broad range of private, municipal, and public development projects that involved complex and challenging ecological issues. Having worked in academia, for regulatory agencies, and as a private consultant, Dr. Walker developed a unique understanding and perspective on what it takes to secure regulatory approvals.
