
Wetlands Scientist/Project Mgr.
Frontier Corporation USA is seeking a career-oriented natural resources scientist with 3+ years of experience in wetlands, riparian and stream channel delineation, plant identification and habitat assessment to manage environmental planning and permitting projects in Utah, Nevada, Idaho, Wyoming and other Intermountain West States. Projects include wetland, stream and playa delineations, stream corridor surveys, habitat mapping and functional assessments, Clean Water Act Section 404 Permitting, revegetation plans, riparian stream corridors and wetland restoration, mitigation planning and monitoring, T&E surveys, and botanical inventories. Must be able to work independently, manage field crews, communicate with resource and regulatory agencies, and have strong technical writing skills. Must be proficient with GPS and GIS. Must have applicable project management experience with past employer, client and agency references. Full time salaried position starting $70K to $80K depending on experience with potential for rapid advancement based on performance.
