This position will support ecological restoration design, stormwater management design, and watershed studies with engineering analysis.

  • B.S. or Technical Degree in Environmental Science, Biology, or related natural resource discipline

  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency conducting wetland delineations
  • Proficiency at technical report writing
  • Proficiency with ArcPro (ESRI software)
  • Examples of work experience

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination


  • P.W.S Certification
  • Familiarity with surveying practices

  • Experience conducting mitigation monitoring

  • Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D

  • Familiarity with Section 401/404 permitting for variety of projects

Position Responsibilities

  • Perform wetland delineations, perennial flow determinations, and Resource Protection Area (RPA) surveys

  • Perform mitigation success monitoring and reporting

  • Perform restoration project assessment tasks to include, but not limited to vegetation surveys, BANCS assessment, bulk density and soil nutrient concentration sampling, geomorphic surveys

  • Perform ArcGIS map production

  • Prepare technical reports

  • Assist with watershed field assessments and surveys
